I had not been to rockwells in years so last night I decided to give another try.
HORRIBLE!!!!
that is the best word that i can use to describe the service. After walking through to the deck we reached the hostesses (who looked all of 13) who were not only rude but didn't want to seat us. We were told to sit where ever we wanted and a server MAY be along. Ok?
So after sitting for a while and not getting any service we decided to move to a place where their seemed to be a good amount of people getting waited on.
It was a good idea in theory and after getting stares from all of the wait staff we would get served in no time flat.....WRONG!! Every time we tried to get someone's attention we were outright ignored.
Ok so I'll walk up to the bar and maybe I'll have better luck there. No can do buckaroo. Again I was ignored by a bartender who seemed more interested in bullshitting with his friends for 5 minutes (I timed it) than to take the time to come my way.
Unfortunately no management could be found so we ended up leaving.
I've never been to the Rockwells in Mechanicsburg. After the way we were treated at the one in E town however I refuse to give any of my money to that business.
