Experience?

Obama has been criticized in the media for his lack of experience, but I'm not sure why no one is calling out Hillary on that front. Obama was a member of the Illinois State Senate from 1997-2004 and has been a member of the US Senate since. Hillary has only been a member of the US Senate since 2001. One could argue that her tenure as first lady should count for something, but by that argument Laura Bush or Nancy Reagan would be a good candidate for President.

So is it age? If so, that doesn't make much sense either as Barack would be a year older than Bill Clinton was when he became the third youngest President ever taking the office at age 46.
