Not sure if I'm in the right place for a country crowd from reading some posts, but why not take a shot?
30 year old male; former country boy, then college kid, then Marine, and now bill paying pipe salesman looking for country band to play average 2-3 gigs/month in Central PA. Have a young family so can only practice at most 2 times/week in evenings and has to lead to some kind of small paycheck to justify the time. Confident and entertaining stage presence. Influenced by the old country singers like Haggard and George Jones and newer singers like Brooks and Dunn and older George Strait. Can't help mixing in some Doors, Robert Johnson, and other classic rock/blues. I can sing.
Need to find decent, professional, semi-mature+ band with solid work ethic, vision, and equipment to make things happen.
