Automatic Transmission
13 passenger

$350
***** UPDATED ******
Lowered the asking price. Here's a little more detail on the van:
It has a 350 V8 w/ 171,000 miles. It ran and drove very well before I parked it over the winter. It's currently inspected until August 2007.
The middle two rows of seats are removable and the rear seat could be removed if necessary by removing some hardware. The interior has it's rough spots, but isn't "horrible". One of the latches on the rear windows is broken.
The exterior is in pretty good shape. There is some surface rust around the bottom of the doors and wheel wells, but nothing major. The sliding door works, but can be a little difficult to close without the special "touch".
[Problems]
I am in no means a mechanic, but here is my assessment of what I would consider the "major" issues:
There appears to be an electrical short somewhere. The van will start right up after a jump start, but once you turn it off, it loses all power. I replaced both the battery and alternator, and that did not make a difference. The van was fine when I first bought it, but after driving a while I noticed that as I turned on more accessories, they would work slower and the lights would dim.
Secondly, I noticed that it's starting to run a little hot and there is some leakage of coolant from the thermostat right where the hose meets up. It had overheated once when the belt that runs from the alternator to the water pump broke. So perhaps the thermostat is going bad?
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
