Russ Diamond running for state House

Russ Diamond, musician/engineer/businessman and founder of PA Clean Sweep is running for State Representative in the PA 101 district.

His district is in western Lebanon County but anyone in PA can contribute to his campaign:

Russ also recently finished writing a book called "Tip of the Spear", which is about his PA Clean Sweep experiences and the horrible corruption in this state. It is an excellent read; one reason being all these local characters in it. He is taking the incumbent, Mauree Gingrich, to court for forged signatures on her petitions.

He's a "Ron Paul Republican". NOT a "neo-con"(which is what populates the Republican party at the high levels right now).

Russ is a principled, fiscal conservative with a libertarian bend who will honor his oath to uphold the federal and PA Constitutions thorugh his actions and not just lip service.

I can't vote for a pro-life candidate. I think from a fiscal point of view that most republicans are fine, but the social aspects scare the bejesus out of me. Government has no right to tell me what I can and cannot do that has no consequence on the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of others.

In reality, no politician is good enough for me so I have to go with the least of all evils. In respect to Russ, he was always a cool guy to me - very strange to see him with short hair though. I'd have more respect for him if he didn't conform to the right-wing standard cookie cutter mold.
