I'm curious what you all think. I'm purposely leaving out Romney and Paul because I'm curious for whom everyone would vote if their favorite candidate doesn't end up getting their parties nomination.

no takers? I'll admit that you're basically picking the same thing regardless of which candidate you choose. I picked Obama because I don't like Hillary at all and I don't like McCain very much either because he's being a real phony with the way he's running this "I'm the true conservative" campaign.

still writing in Ron Paul if it comes down to that.......I'm not a sellout
do you people REALLY believe that the remaining CFR members (Huck, McCain, Clinton, Obama) are the ONLY good candidates out there? Or were they put in this position by the money which owns them?
By the way, did anyone see the Limbaugh is now shilling for Clinton (the puppet's strings are now being pulled in this direction)........does that make sense? and McCain is more liberal than the Dems and he is the Republican front runner? I don't know an effing person who his voting for either of the front runners........this should get interesting after Huckabone drops out and then the media doesn't give Ron Paul any coverage.......THE REVOLUTION IS COMING
lastly does anyone notice the amounot of gun violence is increasing dramatically in newscasts? I wonder if this media attention will lead to more gun control attempts by the elite....they are getting scared and are worried an unhappy, armed general population could take things into it's own hands.......and they should be worried......research history

"By the way, did anyone see the Limbaugh is now shilling for Clinton" I listen frequently.... what "supposedly" did he say? ?

he "supposedly" said this:
(of course you can say that he means it so that the Dems don't get a win, but why the hell would you be shilling for Clinton if you can't stand McCain and give her the slightest chance to win the thing? ............. he knows what he is doing: putting two allies in the final election (Hillary and McCain) so that the elite win no matter what........)
Neocon Limbaugh to Raise Money for Hillary Clinton
ABC’s Political Punch February 8, 2008
Rush Limbaugh Thursday said he’s considering raising cash for Sen. Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign so as to ensure she’s the Democratic nominee.
Earlier in the week Limbaugh said that if Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, is the Democratic presidential nominee, the GOP this November is "doomed."
After the withdrawal of Mitt Romney from the GOP race, Limbaugh said to his listeners, "might it be required (she’s having to loan herself money), do you think I should conduct a fundraiser for Mrs. Clinton? Mitt did his part today. He got out so as not to fracture the party any further and not to harm the effort to win the war in Iraq. Should I do my part, not by joining my liberal friends in the Republican Party, but actually raising money for Mrs. Clinton, and asking you to join me, so that she would have a chance here to once again have a good shot at getting a Democrat nomination so that we win the White House?"
Limbaugh underlines that "the reason for raising money for Hillary is because that apparently my party is relying on fear and loathing of Hillary to get the nomination, to unite Republicans, who are, some of them, off the reservation. The Republicans do not seem to be relying on leadership in their party to unite the party. They seem to be relying on all these external things, nobody is going to vote for Hillary, negative turnout factor. What if she’s not the nominee? We’ve got make sure she’s the nominee if the Republican Party is to be unified. What more loyal thing could I do than to run a fundraiser for Mrs. Clinton? You watch, though, you watch how that will be questioned."
On Wednesday, Limbaugh said of Clinton, "she just polarizes people. I think she’s going to gin up enough anti-Hillary turnout out there to perhaps be a boon to whoever the Republican nominee is. …Now, if Obama is the nominee, we are doomed, and you should get ready and prepared for it now."
Limbaugh, who has been a thorn in the side of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., the GOP presidential frontrunner, predicted that as it becomes more certain that McCain will be the Republican nominee, the media would soon turn on him, "doing stories on his age, and they’re not going to be mean, they are not going to be vicious, they’re going to be almost sorrowful. … We’re going to get the worst pictures of McCain. We’re going to get him looking tired. We’re going to hear references to his forgetfulness. ‘Isn’t it just a shame?’ And if that doesn’t work, then they’re going to do stories on the fact he’s nuts. Just mark my words."

I could care less what lobbyist want. I can not say I would do everything the people want (that is just impossible) but I would try to listen as much as possible.
I can make you this single promise. I will never ever mention the people I am running against in ads or speeches. Let them make their own mistakes, I do not need to point the people to see it.
I will even try to give straight answers to everything....

Wow dude.... since you don't listen to Rush, I'll explain what he REALLY means.... this is a slice of what he has been referring to lately. First, I'll GUARANTEE you he won't be doing any fund raising for Hillary. Second, He is pissed at the Republicans for voting for McCain due to his less than stellar (in the eyes of a conservative) voting record and he's trying to drive home the point, which he says a lot, that McCain is basically a Dem so he doesn't want him to win because he doesn't want his policies and decisions to reflect that of the GOP. It's a tongue in cheek thing so I think, yet again, it's another dig deep for a conspiracy.

....I knew this one would get ya.....I know what he meant, but I also know that McCain and Hillary are tight and are controlled by the same people......would it have surprised you at the beginning of the campaigns that these two assholes would be our final candidates? I predicted Hillary and Giuliani (but the fire fighters and 9/11 widows made short work of his chances)........how are you going to feel once amnesty is granted? more wars are started? the economy falls deeper into recession? more peoplebecome unemployed and we offshore more of our jobs while foreign interests gobble up our real estate?..........ooops it's just a conspiracy theory (I won't be surprised if gun control is attempted at some point as well)

I'm gonna blast whichever side pulls corrupt bullshit when in seats of power.....which right now is almost all of them....including that fraud independent Lieberman which candidate are you going to lick, Jeffy: McCain or Clinton.......personally I would like to see Obama get the Dem nod over her, but I don't think it's scripted that way

The more I think about it, I don't know that I'm going to vote should Dr. Paul not get the nomination. I think I might try to research state/local politics a little more and see what I can do on that end.
All three of those candidates are going to result in higher taxes and bigger government, as well as nominating more judges that will only further our woes in regards to judicial activism.
Hopefully America wakes up and gets Dr. Paul in there. He's really fighting an uphill battle at this point (to put it mildly).
